He's Asian. Now being Asian is not in and of itself a bad thing but he is a racist Asian stereotype. He can't drive, he has no luck with women, and he thinks he is much much more popular than he actually is. He doesn't have a vehicle that I am aware of but if he did it would have a giant plastic fin on the trunk.
He is constantly telling people of his amazing romantic exploits though you would be hard pressed to find anyone who would admit to having actually slept with him.
He looks like a goldfish, a badly beaten goldfish.
He is the only Asian I know with a mullet.
